| 10:15am - 10:45am | Stretching, warming up, and an introduction to the sport of disc golf, rules, and basics. |
| 10:45am - 12:00pm | Participants will be split into smaller groups and travel with their group to each coach station; 1.) Backhand Driving Techniques 2.) Forehand Driving Techniques 3.) Putting Techniques 4.) Rules Station (each child will receive a copy of the basic rules and etiquette of disc golf to share with their family) |
| 12:00pm - 12:45pm | Participants will play 7 holes of disc golf with their age bracket and a coach who will keep score. Small prize awarded for each winner of the age brackets. |
