I'm considering a trip down for this tournament and inviting a friend or two, but there isn't much information posted for a estimated schedule, payouts, player's packs, etc. in order for me to try and convince my friends (and myself honestly ha) to register and make the trip down.

I've added both MP40 and MA40 to the available divisions. Hopefully that'll increase the pre-registration.

Is there a minimum player requirement for this tournament to happen?

Michael ... no minimum ... this tournament will happen. People will begin to register in November.

So it looks like this isn't actually happening, any idea when refunds will be sent back?
David Galvin ... I'm assuming that you're considering an amateur division? Player pack will consist of two discs. Payouts will likely be a trophy disc. However, based on the very low pre-reg at this moment, I'm not positive that this event will actually happen now.
BTW ... apologies for not responding earlier ... I was on vacation on a cruise without free wifi
