If you are feeling sick or have symptoms associated with COVID-19, please do not come! We reserve the right to ask someone to leave the property if we feel they might be sick.

Friday Doubles: There is no scheduled doubles event.

Early Check In: Lakeview Park 3pmish to 6pmish (weather permitting). Pick up your players pack, get in the Ace Fund, tell me how much you miss me, etc.

Ace Fund: It's $5 and no you didn't sign up for it online, that was the Sun King CTP. All CTPs will be on Sunday at Lakeview Park.

Players Meeting: This is your players meeting. All of the course info is attached here in this email or on the scorecard.

Course Info: See attached Course Legend, OB Rules. Feel free to print one at home, or even better, at work!

Digital Scoring: Visit www.pdga.com/score - Password is JW20

Food/Drinks: Due to COVID-19 guidelines, there will not be any public drinking water supplied on the course. Please bring an ample supply of beverages or the Sun King Mobile Pro Shop will have a wide assortment of snacks and cold beverages (Snapple, Gatorade, Arizona Teas, Mountain Dew & Bottled Water).

Weather: There is a chance of some rain so please be prepared to play in rainy conditions. The courses will also be wet in some spots, plan accordingly. Should lightning start to strike during play, listen for a single air horn blast pausing the round. Players must stop playing immediately and leave their discs at their lie.

Warm Up: Once the tournament has started there is no practice allowed anywhere on the course except the practice basket area. If you'd like to warm up prior to your round, please use Payne Park or another nearby park and then head directly to the course prior to your tee time.

Awards: A very basic and brief awards ceremony will take place after the tournament is complete. If the Ace Fund is not hit during the tournament, we will do a drawing for the prize money AFTER the event is over.

Added Cash/Payout: Added Cash to Pro Purse: $750, Last Cash Spot in Pros Will Be Minimum of Net Entry Fee, 45% Payout in All Divisions. Players who leave before the event will have their payout emailed to them; Pros via PayPal and Ams via online voucher (a small fee will be deducted to cover shipping). Ams can cash out their Sand Dollars (Vouchers) at the Sun King Mobile Pro Shop.
