You can put me in MA50+ for tomorrow if you would like.

Tim, After reading the restrictions for covid 19, I will need to withdraw from the tournament and am asking for a refund. Thank you

Tim Campbell   August 28, 2020 at 8:42pm

No problem. Stupid Covid!

Jon Henderson    August 28, 2020 at 2:53pm

Now that a few people dropped out of MA2, is it possible for me to get in? Or are there other factors? Thanks for doing this and I can’t wait to visit these and hopefully play both of the courses!

Check the registration list, I believe you were taken off the wait list about an hour ago.

Jon Henderson   August 28, 2020 at 3:07pm

Wow, looks like i just needed to refresh my browser! Thanks Tim!

Forgot to mention during the "meeting", if you're traveling from out of state here is the current NY State COVID-19 Travel Advisory. We won't be asking where you traveled from, just hope everyone is honest.

Two things that were missed during the video, At Williamson on #8 and #10 their are drop zones if you go OB on your drive, proceed to the drop zones for both those holes

Will we be allowed to the throw from the sides of the carpet at Pfrommers? I am concerned with the slickness of the carpet.

We will be checking on that today. Tee pads will be getting flagged.

Thanks!

When will we know if players off waitlist are able to play/not play? My son is on it.

Ok we are still keeping our fingers crossed

Alex Coulombe   August 24, 2020 at 2:43pm

Are the chances still good/possible in getting into the MA3 division?

Tim Campbell   August 25, 2020 at 1:48pm

He's first on the "AM" pool waitlist now.

Kevin Jacobs    August 13, 2020 at 6:55pm

How about an explanation as to what's going on with this event?
You doubled the size of the field but have posted nothing here about how or why this occurred. Obviously we're not sending 144 players to Pfrommer's Woods. If you're going to make fundamental changes to the tournament AFTER people have registered, you really need to post the details first. I signed up largely because I was looking forward to a full day at Pfrommers, which it appears is no longer going to be the ... more

Pfrommer's - are we playing 18 or 27?

Tim Campbell   August 13, 2020 at 11:18pm

I did what you hate, threw it out on Facebook. I'm hard leaning 18. If a overwhelming majority screams 27, I could be swayed.

Kevin Jacobs   August 13, 2020 at 11:21pm

No FB for me! I'm good with your decision either way.

Kyle Lieberman    August 11, 2020 at 11:44am

All intermediate over 900 rated should move up to to advanced to make room for the wait listed. I know it can't be forced so do it on your own guys.

How can you cut off registration after 1 day? I can't even get on the waiting list? What if people drop out and there is a spot? What if you expand the field to accommodate more people?

Tim Campbell   August 8, 2020 at 2:02pm

I had cut off registration because I was getting too many people registering then imediatly asking for a refund. I didn't think this would fill so quickly with the last minute course change. We may expand the field but, IF we do it won't be by much. I don't like making last minute changes. Hopefully next year things will clean up and we will be able to run 2 courses.

Jerry Menzie    August 7, 2020 at 12:45am

What are the odds I get into the advanced Am? I am waitlisted currently.

I would say pretty good.

Sherry Herzog    August 7, 2020 at 12:15am

Need a refund for mike in the MPO 40. I signed him up as well. Didn’t know he had already signed up

Refund the MP40 Zog and keep the MP50 Zog?

Sheldon DeMarco Sr    August 6, 2020 at 2:13am

If it doesn't open till Thursday at 8 then why are there two players

Tim Campbell   August 6, 2020 at 2:50am

The PDGA allows for exceptions on first come first served registration. Since Brad owns the course and John is doing a lot of work for the event, they got on the list early. I am supposed to be more transparent about that but, I've been a little busy latly. If Jim Palmeri was playng this yea ... more

That's what I was thinking but was just checking tks Tim your the best
