Ive played keizer like 20 times in the last month and i aint got nothin. Lol. Im thinkin im immiune from rolling in the **** when i was younger. Good luck to all of you that have it tho. I hope you get better real soon.

the only thing you gotta watchput for at pier is DOG CRAP........maybe you could convince some people that smoking poison oak gets you high......that stuff will be gone in no time

I'm using "IvyRest" cream made by Blistex. It seems to reduce the itching and stop the spread. Also a foaming soap is available by "IvyRest". I'm sending an email to Blistex requesting sponsorship of Keizer Rapids park in the form of tubes of cream as CTP prizes.

Beast...FYI if your drink the milk from a goat that has been eating poison oak you will be immune to it... Kinda goes along with Myk's idea.

As specified in the "RIVAL CLUBS" club mission statement; This is a Stroke-Play format event with division leaders earning points for a series total against RIVAL CLUBS. Example; Five Club RIVAL CLUBS scoring; - 5 clubs = 6 events, 5 divisions = 25 possible points per club per event. ... more

As specified in the "RIVAL CLUBS" club mission statement; This is a Stroke-Play format event with division leaders earning points for a series total against RIVAL CLUBS. Example; Five Club RIVAL CLUBS scoring; - 5 clubs = 6 events, 5 divisions = 25 possible points per club per event. - Divisions; Open, General, Masters, Grand Masters, Womens. If you club can't bring players for each division thats your clubs loss. - Per division points; 1st place = 5 points (2.5club/2.5player), 2nd place = 4 points (2club/2player), 3rd place = 3 points (1.5club/1.5player), 4th place = 2 point (1club/1player), 5th place = 1 point (0.5club/0.5player) - No points for club or players not signed in a division. - 100 player limit per event (5 clubs x 5 players x 4 divisions = 100) each club may bring 25 players, but 1st place finish in each division is what counts so bring players that fit the divisions. If your club can't bring players that fit each division its your loss since only 1 player from each club can place in each division. - Players will pay a buy-in of $5-$10 per event, Clubs will be required to put up a minimum $ amount to host each event at that clubs "HOME" course. "HOME" courses must be maintained by that club for a club to claim it as a "HOME" course. - Trophies for; Total points by club per event( home clubs design), Points leaders in each division for 2013 season, TOTAL CLUB POINTS for 2013 season (engraved & reused each year) - Prizes for players at each event provided by home club/buy-in at T.D.s discretion. This scoring system can piggy-back on any existing event with singles-stroke-play format. RIVAL CLUBS T.D. must sign in players separate to existing event and specify divisions.

Part of the "RIVAL CLUBS" fun is to enjoy the efforts of TDs from outside your local area.

As for what qualifies as a "home" course. That is determined by each series "RIVAL CLUBS" committee of TDs along with the series rules.

I believe the last CCDG work party at Keizer Rapids Park was July 18, 2012. That is within the last year. The "RIVAL CLUBS" rule on "home course" does NOT yet specify time constrains on course contributions.

I'm not sure what's going on here, are we griefing Beast for TD'ing an event? That's not cool. Is there a logical reason that you (someone who doesn't TD events) is making jabs at someone who does TD events?

I've known and respected Beast's efforts over the years and sure he would have let me know if my question was a problem to him. No I do not TD events but have done a lot for disc golf in this area. If that makes my question a jab, Beast I apologize publically, Steven you I feel just misunderstood and may not have all the facts involved but I will stay man up and apolize to you also. In Steve's defense, there has been SOME confusion about "RIVAL CLUBS" rules. As I have said before, as far as the players are conceded the "RIVAL CLUB" events are simply singles stroke-play with a points scoring system (NOT RELATED TO EA. EVENTS PAYOUT) that reflects players division and club affiliation. That points system applies to EA. Event as well as to the series. Total points possible are relative to number of clubs in the series. Awards to points leaders in EA. Division for the series TOTAL (players & clubs). ALL other rules ONLY affect the "RIVAL CLUBS" tournament directors related to scheduling, home courses, buy-in/pay-out, and event notification.

As it is uniquely difficult to organize meetings between TDs of a wide spread area (as "RIVAL CLUBS" defines) some meetings of "RIVAL CLUBS" committee of TDs may happen AT "RIVAL CLUBS" events. This does not affect the players as each event is ultimately run by the committee of TDs with only one "host" TD.

Simply put, I am only 1/3 of the "RIVAL CLUBS" 2013 committee of TDs and despite being the founder of the series I only can support ideas the majority of "RIVAL CLUBS" TDs support. If "RIVAL CLUBS" grows to 6 or 7 clubs in each series the FACT that I have little control over how the series operates becomes even more true. Thus in forming guidelines with a committee based on the previous years participants the series is protected from ANY unfair advantages. Participation is the KEY to maximizing the FUN for "RIVAL CLUBS" :)!!!!!!!!!!

that will split the small group of old guys <myself included> into 3 small groups, and stack all the rec, inter, and advanced players <majority of the turnout> all into one large group.discuraging for the rec. and inter. players i think should be juniors 12 and under, juniors 12-16, womens, general <rec. & inter.>, advanced, advanced masters <over 40>, open! DUH!
