RAD DG presents the Hays County Disc Golf Championship powered by Mint Disc (A HOTT Points Event)

RAD DG is proud to announce our very own super RAD Event - The Hays County Disc Golf Championship.

This is a PDGA Sanctioned B-Tier, two rounds, One round per day, shotgun start!
Saturday players will tee off at Steeplechase Park in Kyle, Texas.
Sunday players will tee off at Flying Armadillo in San Marcos, Texas.
(Friday optional Doubles Round at Bucks Back Yard in Buda, Texas.)
Sunday optional scoring round on the mini course at Flying Armadillo

Sunday after the round we will be having a party at Flying Armadillo with free beer and live music, and awards as well as crowning the official Hays County Disc Golf Champion of 2023.


How to Become the Ultimate 2023 Hays County Disc Golf Champion
Must participate in Doubles at Bucks Backyard (every participant earns 3 points, an additional 3 points earned per player if your team wins)
Must participate in weekends sanctioned event (every participant earns 3 points, an additional 3 points earned if you win your division)
Must participate in Sunday Mini course challenge (points earned = to # of players you beat)
In the event of a tie, players will play sudden death play off
Winner gets goodie bag + Champions Belt and Bragging Rights


Payout breakdown

$100 pros - $67 payout
$80 ams - $27 to payout
$10 greens fees to Flying Armadillo (if you are a member you will be reimbursed)
$20 disc/enamel pin - Ams only
$20 shirt and towel - Pro and Ams
pdga fee -$3
Admin fee - $10 water, snacks, greens fees (steeplechase), ice, spray paint and flags, trophies, band

Minimum $750 added cash

There is a food truck on site at Flying Armadillo so bring your extra $$ to enjoy some delicious World Eats.
