I figured some people might have a problem with it, even if the dog is just hanging out in a backpack most of the day. Just wondering how the TD feels about it.

No dogs at tourneys usually. Barking, poop, etc. Some leagues allow it.

Oh.....thanks Ben. I thought it was still a ball course. Hmmmm....I think I made some assumptions. So, there are not going to be carts either? How overgrown/need of maintenance is the course going to be?

No carts sorry- but this is well worth the fun and effort. It is not overgrown, just some tall grass some of which may have been mowed in advance. It's not too tall/thick to throw in, maybe half what grass can get to in Michigan. But at least half the ground is already mowed, too. Not much serious rough, but some good trees and a scary water hazard.
