Entry fees:
Smuggs members: $10
Non-Smuggs members: $15
Acepot: $1 per player per week will go to the acepot. Hit an ace and get paid! $200 acepot carryover from weeks 1-7!
Trophies: The top player in each divsion with the most points will win a custom trophy at the end of the 10 week PDGA league! Points will be tracked by the PDGA. Must play in a minimum of 5 league nights to qualify.
ALL PLAYERS MUST CHECK IN WITH DGVT BEFORE TEEING!
$6 per week goes to payouts. $1 per player goes to acepot. $1per player to PDGA. $2 per player to DGVT. Pros play for cash ( paypal payouts) and Amateurs play for DGVT Merchandise Buks. . Pros can expect payouts to be sent within 48 hours and Amateurs will have a payout card on file with DGVT and can be used anytime before the end of 2021. We will payout the top 25% of each division each week.
We will play the Blue tees on Fox Run Meadows for week #8.
Martell's at the Red Fox will run weekly food and drink specials just down the road from Fox Run Meadows!
This will be a 10 week PDGA league. I have 13 weeks of Thursdays built in to the schedule but I expect at least 1-2 rainouts. The first 10 weeks we play will be PDGA flex start league. If we end up with no rain out weeks then we will finish the league season with 3 weeks of non-sanctioned league play.
You do not need to be a PDGA member to play. If you are a PDGA member you will get a rated round and earn PDGA points for invites to majors and also league points will be awarded and division winners will get season ending trophies! Note that PDGA ratings do not get added to a players rating until the end of the 10 week league.
There MUST be a minimum of 3 league players per card. Organize with friends and if you are single player interested in playing you can post on the DGVT FB page and put a call out to join a group or come out to Smuggs between 4-5:30 when many of our league players arrive. Non-league players are NOT permitted to play on your card. Smuggs will be reserving tee times for league players between 4:30-5:30 each Thurs for groups of 3-5 players. First come first serve. Call to make your tee time!
PDGA Digital scoring will be used for this league. Same code each week, if you are registered and need the code text Chris @ 802-881-3467.
