The Best of the Best ? NSB Disc Golf Club invites you to the 1st Annual Crossroads Maximus Minimus Disc Golf Tournament, Driven by INNOVA.
Saturday August 13th 2022, Crossroads Christian Church 3833 SR 44 NSB FL 32169.
A one day, Two Round PDGA C-Tier PRO- AM event, featuring only the Pro and Advanced Divisions.
72 max players, 4 person cards, TEE TIMES with PDGA Live Scoring. The course will be set up August 1st 2022 with Two sets of Baskets.
You will be assigned Tee Times for 1-9 to the long Baskets, and then 10-18 to the longs. When all competitors have played their first 18 hole round, the Scoring will shuffle cards, and the basket covers will move. Your second round tee time 1-9 and 10-18 will have you playing the shorter basket positions.
Player pack Will be a Custom Dri Fit and our new Pint Glasses featuring the Crossroads Logo, (collect all four) Our usual generous CTP’s per division.
REGISTRATION OPENS at 8 pm on Wednesday July 20th. 24 PRO spots and 48 AM spots will be held for 1 week and any unfilled slots Pro or AM will fill from the Waitlist, by chronological order.
All PRO division are invited, Any Amateur wanting to play will sign up for either Advanced, or Age Protected Masters Divisions, male or female.
The Church will offer for sale, breakfast Items and Lunch items throughout the day.
How it will run.
CROSSROADS is a 9 basket course with two sets of Pads, each pad is very different from the other and requires a different disc/drive. With the extra basket we will have covered with a bag when not in use, you are playing both course layouts. You will get a tee time and a foursome to complete the first 9 in 1 hour 15 minutes, and then will sit for approximately an hour to play 10-18, to get all 72 players through the first 9 holes, and subsequently the second 9. After the first round is complete, and approximately an hour between, the live scoring will shuffle the competitors by division and we will assign new 1-9 and 10-18 tee times. This has been done many times in other 9 hole locations, and tee times and live scoring make it work well.
Parking will be at a premium and we’ll send a caddy book with the parking, aerial, scorecard with distances, before the event.
