Amateur player pack has been fully determined:
- Tournament stamped Innova disc
- Maverick DG waffle towel
- 1oz DoubleG Craft Jerky (all flavors but Sextion Sweet & Spicy which was sold out)

Star TL - neutral to stable fairway

Yes, this is a PDGA B-tier. A current PDGA membership is required.

What does the schedule look like for the day of? Sign in, tee-time or shotgun? Rough estimate of end time?

Last year the rounds got done very fast. I would plan on 4pm to be safe, maybe 5. If you are needing to be somewhere before 5 it could be iffy.

Pool A will play Kanza Park in the morning on modified longs. They will play Forest Park in the afternoon on standard format using the left / long tee pad for Hole 16. What is the reasoning for why pro payouts through PayPal are done by Goods & Services?

Short answer: Pro payouts are not gifts to a Friend or Family, therefore PayPal Goods & Services is the proper method of payment. You can avoid the PPGS fees by accepting a check as payment.
