Pro C-tier / Amateur B-tier · PDGA sanctioned singles tournament
About this tournament
*DST IS AT 2AM DAY OF THIS TOURNAMENT*
Last year we added additional holes to accommodate those that were to lazy and didn't plan ahead and pay ahead of time. This WILL NOT happen this year.
We will be playing 18 holes both rounds. The tournament will play holes 1-18, leaving 19-27 for any casual play. As far as what tee pads each division is playing here are my thoughts:
Pro's - Long both rounds
MAM- Long/Short (Possibly short/short)
MA1 - Long both rounds
MA2 - Long/Short (Possibly short/short)
MA3, and the remaining divisions - Short both rounds less

Holes 1 - 7. Holes 10 - 16. Hole 19. Holes 25 - 27. Is this the layout for the tournament?

I will play this tournament regardless if its at the boo boo bends. I'd just like to note if it really starts warming up before sunday. I imagine the Bends being flooded. Either way I will not fray, I'll be out there with Nikes.

Word on the street is... I'm playing this tournament! No matter where it's at. BUT I do not have two turn tables or a microphone. So where it's at??

if we are worried about the snow play it at FF. only place with hard snow and tee pad that are fine but hole 1 and 12. 2 ppl and 30 mins would make it the perfect place. just saying

Wolf Pack Discs will have a creative side game after the second round for a mystery box! Save your doll hairs.

I havent been to Riverbends in a while, are there any places to grab lunch close to course or should we plan on packing?
John Minicuci March 4, 2014 at 3:44am
The event will be officially moved to River Bends. We will be playing an altered 18 hole layout. We are proposing this layout:
Holes 1 - 7. Holes 10 - 16. Hole 19. Holes 25 - 27. (http://www.discgolfscene.com/coursepictures/56163_l.jpg)
If anyone who has already registered does not wish to play River Bends and would like a refund, feel free to let us know and we will do so right away. We are sorry for having to do this but the Winter of 2014 is bigger than we are!

Ok, the park said it was a no go, they just dont have the equipment to travel the course or manpower to get months of snowfall caught up for us by sunday which is understandable and atleast the effort was made to solve the problem, however i did discuss with him about in the future having the park possibly leave us buckets of salt and shovels at each tee pad in the fall so we ourselves will have the means to keep them clean ourselves and not have to drag a shovel and 50lb bag of salt around the ... more

Pay it forward to those that kept tees at other courses clean for you to play on and enjoy instead of the same people sweating to do it over and over
