Jerry, unfortunately, in accordance with CM 1.03.F, you are not eligible for a refund. The event is tomorrow, and registration has been closed for 48 hours now. I understand that this is probably not the outcome you'd prefer, but volunteer TDs like myself budget very carefully and simply cannot process last-minute refunds.
