2 questions... is the waitlist 2 separate waitlists? 1 for pros and 1 for ma1? 2nd ...why is there not a true pro and am day? i understand the tourney hosts make $$ off the ams, so i understand the profit motivation, and can't blame you. however, with the majority of tournaments catering to ams only, and justifiably so, it seems like a paltry attempt at a pro day with more than 25% of the spots reserved for ams. nothing against the ams. they should be allowed to test the waters in the open ... more
We only had 54 pros last year, and have 65 spots available for them this year.
thanks for some clarification...it seemed odd that an mp40 was on waitlist and pdga has more ma1 players than the cap on dgscene. it looks like the registration page has separate waitlists.
Yeah, the extra player in MA1 was an administrative error on my behalf. If I get an MA1 withdrawl I will replace with an MP40 to even those divisions out.

Why i am i waitlisted when there is still an available spot in my division?
Mike H. March 24, 2021 at 9:27pm
Whats up with the tiered registration is this a nt event or A tier I really don't get it
It seems like a bunch of tournaments this year are like that. Things are filling up in a matter of minutes, so maybe they are letting ladies and Jr's get first go at it?
There is tremendous demand for Line in the Pines. The ratings based registration allows us to prevent players from lower divisions 'playing up' and taking spots from the MA1 and open fields. The secondary reason is the course. The pro day layout is very long and difficult, keeping the field to more experienced/skilled players allows us to protect the pace of play.

What if you aren't current? Can you not register at any point? Is this an A tier?
Disc Golf Scene can see what your last current rating was and will use that to determine eligibility.

Hello, curious as to when the invites to register will be sent out to the Tee Sign sponsors. Thanks.
I'll have those spots entered and links sent in the next day or two! Don't worry, I haven't forgotten about you and you won't lose your spot. :)
Hey,Mr. Josh i was wondering if i could be in open if my rating is lower than the minimum. just wondering if this is a strict thing.
If the event doesn't fill, the ratings caps will be lifted April 13
I have reopened registration, you can sign up for the waitlist if you want.
Are you allowing day of walk ups to try to get in off the waitlist and is so is it cash or PayPalas payment.
We are allowing waitlist walkups. We can do either of those things, but cash is preferred.
