Please make sure you’re all reading the PDGA policy on refund requests. I’ve been getting quite a few over the last day or two. I will process refunds once the event is complete (Monday most likely) as we are offering walk up registration (day of) https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103

I’ve had a few people ask about ratings. The PDGA does allow a player who is pre registered for an event to play on a division they were already registered in for two weeks beyond the ratings update. As this is a split day event with different divisions on different days, said players are eligible to still compete in the division they are registered for, however can move up should they choose to do so. Please note we are looking to make a decision that makes sense for the group of players not just the individual. https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/202

Hole sponsorship is still available. $50 donation receives a custom painting or Discraft rug as a thank you! We have (1) $300 sponsorship available that receives a large metal disc golf basket sign. Local pick up only. Pics posted on Chain-Out FB page

The course has been flagged with OB markers, if you want to get a round in with the Tournament setup, now is the time.
Robert Crosby Sticky March 28, 2019 at 11:45pm
In the picture section of this tournament a list of hole descriptions and OB's have been posted. Please note that this list is subject to change.
A course map has also been posted.
The course list and map include holes 6,7 and 8 we will not be playing those holes this year.
Cool, I didn’t know of more work was planned. Will the route between 5 and 9 be marked?

Please note we are not playing 6, 7 or 8 for the event as the park is doing maintenance and cannot guarantee it will be finished in time.

I left a green thunderbird across the creek the first round, the second round it was gone. Anyone see who took it?

Just wanted to say for my first tournament, it was ran VERY smoothly! Very thankful to the sponsors and the directors for moving it a long as effeciently as possible. Would love to play this course again when my hair isn't freezing and the sky isn't trying to kill me. :)
Agreed, not my first tournament but it was my first with Chain Out. The whole event was ran very well and lunch was delicious. I will definitely come back for future events.

Why are there people on the waitlist when there are spots still available?
Refund requests I have moved to the waitlist to see if the event will fill, if so I can than offer 100% refund otherwise I can only offer 25% per PDGA. I have a post made to show that as well to help with any confusion.
Ok, I've been checking, I'd like to play but won't be able to sign up til tomorrow

I will not be playing this Sunday. I played the course last week and was eager to make this my first event of the season. But for me the season does not start until winter is over and my body can move again.

I haven't done a two day one like this, could someone explain it to me? I would be rec women.
What he said. You would register for Sunday only and play Sunday only, Two rounds of 21 holes.
Please keep in mind that we would not be able to offer a berth in Rec Women if we do not have 3 players in any one division. You are welcome to register for Rec and see if don’t get two more or can play in another women’s division that has at least 3 and have a shot at a berth.
Oh, okay. Thank you for the info! I would probably just register for rec women & if I can't find some more women to play with me I can switch over to just general rec.
Matthew Witham April 4, 2019 at 12:50pm
Sadly I will not be able to make it anymore so I have to withdraw from this event.
Dakota DeGroot March 31, 2019 at 11:08pm
Are there berth(s) for every division?
Divisions that have 3 or more players are eligible for a berth with the exception of MA4 as this division is not offered at States.
I have been to several Tournaments that gave Births to MA4 when they have more than 3 players, they just have to play MA3.
Andrew R March 28, 2019 at 12:39am
I can only play Sunday so that leave masters or open.... if anyone is gonna play let me know
I will apply a “waitlist” number to each who are wanting to withdrawal to leave room for registrants in hopes that the event fills and I can offer a 100% refund at that time rather than the PDGA 25% for an event that is not
