TRI-FLY Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Tri-Fly Disc Golf will refund 100% of tournament fee (excluding Disc Golf Scene Fees) up to 1 week prior to tournament day. In the event of customized items, this time frame may be expanded.
-Refunds requested 1 week to 48 hours prior to event will receive 100% of tournament fee (excluding Disc Golf Scene Fees) if there are people on the waitlist to take your place. If there is no waitlist, there is no refund, you will receive the Players Pack for this event.
-Withdraw requests within 48 hours of tournament start will not receive any refund. You will receive a Players Pack, if available.
