About this tournament
SCHEDULE-
PLAYERS MUST CHECK IN BETWEEN 7:30-8:30am
Players meeting 9-9:15am
1st round Shotgun start- approx 9:30am
Lunch-All players receive 1 hour from when last card is turned in (from both pools) before start of 2nd round
Games to follow the 2nd round,
Awards/payout soon after.
It is our goal and intent to get you guys in and out as efficiently as possible while providing a great tournament experience.
All entry fees include $2 PDGA, $2 GHDGC series fee (collected fund next years GHDCG)
Payout will be traditional, performance based payout and follow PDGA guidelines.
Top 40% Pro
Top 50% Am
100% of each actual entry (according to the list above) will go to payout.
NO PLAYERS PACKS.
There WILL BE ADDED TO CASH TO BOTH PRO AND AM DIVISIONS
Payout/vending will be handled by Gorilla Disc Golf mobile pro shop.
***All plastic will be Innova. Additional merchandise will be available
100 player cap
A-pool-(MPO, FPO, MP40, MP50, MA1, MA40) will play a mix of blue and white tees, SAME LAYOUT BOTH ROUNDS. Map soon.
B-pool (all other divs) will play all short tees both rounds
A-POOL WILL PLAY FROM BLUE FLAGS
1s, 2L, 3s, 4s, 5L, 6L, 7L, 8L, 9s, 10s, 11L, 12s, 13s, 14L, 15s, 16L, 17s, 18L, 19L, 20s, 21L.
B-POOL WILL PLAY FROM WHITE FLAGS (all short/concrete tees)
COURSE RULES-
All streets/curbs and beyond are OB.
All sidewalks and beyond is OB.
Concrete defines OB line in bayou.
All Paths and Beyond are OB.
If no paint is present, please use card discretion with GRASSLINE as in-bounds reference point.
Any manholes, concrete or other structures in fairway are casual and in-bounds, including building on hole 8.

Refund policy
Gorilla Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
GDG refund policy-
GDG will refund any player in full (minus registration fees) if requested by email more than 72hrs before the start of event check-in.
Drops within 72hrs of the event, players will receive their entry fee value in merchandise UNLESS we can fill the spot.
GDG will refund any player in full (minus reg fees) up to 16hrs before check-in ONLY IF we can fill the spot.
ALL drops within 16 hours of the event- players will receive entry fee value in merchandise at vendors convenience.
No shows forfeit entry fees.
*exceptions can be made in certain circumstances.
