About this tournament

Two rounds of 18 holes.This is a one day sanctioned PDGA C-tier tournament featuring shotgun starts with two rounds of 18 holes. This tournament is a proud production of the Crossville Disc Golf Club
Check-in will be Saturday morning from 7-8 at the big pavillion by the parking lot. Hole assignments will be made on the PDGA event page and we will use the PDGA live scoroing at pgda.com/score, event password: gco22
All registered amateur competitors will receive a Player's Pack.
Pros will receive payout via PayPal and Amateurs will receive voucher payout. Vouchers redeemable through a vendor onsite on day of tournament only.
Starting hole assignments for round 1 will be set after close of registration. Competitor meeting will be digital online and posted to YouTube prior to the tournament.
PLAYER PACKS
All amateur players will receive a player pack consisting of 1 tournament stamped disc, Crossville Disc Golf Club towel, and a mini. The tournament stamped discs to choose from are Z-line Buzz, Zone, Nuke, Raptor, Thrasher, Undertaker.

Crossville Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Close of registration is at 9pm Central Time 5-5-2022. Waitlist replacements will be processed immediately after close of registration.
Official withdrawals must be submitted through Disc Golf Scene.
Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else.
Player packs will not be received if you are not physically able to check in.
Competitors cannot pick up player packs for anyone else.
Player packs will not be given to anyone who withdraws.
Waitlist competitor who do not get into the event will receive a 100% refund, minus discgolfscene fees
Any withdrawal before 11:59pm Central Time on 4-23-2022 will receive full refund minus discgolfscene fees.
Withdrawal from 12:00am Central Time 4-24-2022 to 11:59pm Central Time 5-5-2022 will receive a full refund minus discgolfscene fees ONLY if your spot is filled from the waitlist at time of withdrawal request. If the spot is not filled, competitor will receive 50% refund.
Withdrawal after 11:59 pm Central Time 5-6-2022 will receive NO refund.
Any competitor who fails to officially withdraw receives NO refund and NO competitor pack
