Now TDs without a pavilion would really prefer it to not rain. Hard to keep paperwork dry... LOL

Flint Town Flyerz are not scared of any 30% chance of rain.

If it rains Saturday do we still play or change the date cuz it's supposed to storm on the day of the tourney

Actually Jon, those without a rating play a division of my the TDs choosing....

$20 the same as last year & yes there will be some.

DJ with him never playing a PDGA event, I usually doubt that people are playing by tournament rules as they may or may not know better.

People's ratings are always quite accurate of their play. Jon's Recreational rating was earned...

This is for u Jon camp...I am thinking of playing in rec and I don't think I could beat u cuz u are to good to be in rec and if u r in rec I have no chance at first,u should play in am2 or am1...just helpful advice.

I agree fully. But if you don't have a rating you can get away with playing any division you qualify for according to the pdga. I feel bad that I'm playing recreational, I feel that i am a better player than the division but it's all I can afford right now and my rating barely allows me to play the division. I will be moving up in the near future. I believe that most of the players I have played with the past few years have moved up or should. I also feel that after reading the di ... more

Well a few things...

1st Amateur divisions don't play for money. They are playing for discs and the amount you win is determined by how many people are in your division.

2nd. I have seen your scores. There is no way I would allow you to play Novice. I would not recommend Recreational either but it is your first event and I would probably let it fly & see how it goes. Your scores are really at an Intermediate level of play but it is hard to know how you will play under tournament conditions.

Sounds like a trick question. Open, I believe, is the only division that actually pays money. If you include the value of the discs, and you assume first place, the division with the combination of the most players and the highest cost to register would likely pay the most. To know whether 5th in rec would pay more in plastic than 1st in novice (for example)... would be tough to know in advance. My guess, is that if you plan to win you would do better in rec. If you play to do average, probably novice.

Got in the tournament discs! They look pretty sweet.

The 3 TFRs, the Champion Metal Flake Teebirds, Gators, & Destroyers are very sharp. Plus the ever popular Blizzard Boss.

All 3 are champion metal flake.

They are just champion discs with metal flakes in them. That is all there is to know really...
