Probably a dumb question but is their anyway to play the tournament still if the division isn’t full? I was supposed to be out of town for work but turns out I will be here this weekend? I could send payment through PayPal if possible.

On the texas states facebook page stevo had mentioned no caddies or spectators until at least 2021. Assuming that applied to all dd tournaments and not states but I could be wrong

Chris, yeah I saw that but wasnt sure if that was just states since its a larger A tier, or if all DD tournaments were having that rule.

From my understanding, you can not have groups of 10 or more gathering in Texas. Therefore even with each card having a caddy, you should only be at 8. Would have been good to get a heads up on this, as some are traveling a distance and have significant others who may want to tag along and caddy. Please let us know as soon as possible

During any tournament a junior in the MJ12 division or younger must have a parent/guardian with them during play. Those parents/guardians are expected to be in attendance according to PDGA policy.

Like Chris said above, our official stance on caddies and spectators is a hard no. Sorry for the inconvenience. This will continue to be our public stance for every event through the end of 2020 at the very least. It will not change before 2021. It's not about the players, the staff or the volunteers. It is about the municipalities allowing us to host events as long as we play it safe.
