Hello Disc Golfers!
It's finally Port City Open weekend! I was starting to doubt that this would ever happen with all the weather and park delays but here we are. Thanks so much for signing up and being a part of it!
Bear and Kyle will be there to run this one for you guys. Matt has to go to Colorado for a wedding. Good thing he looks good in a dress...
On to the details:
This event is a shotgun start. We will start at 9:00 a.m. That means you should be on your hole and ready to throw at 9:00 a.m. There will be no player meeting. This email is your player meeting. We will start lunch about an hour and 15 minutes after the last card is turned in. Starting time will be posted on the PDGA page for round 2. That can be found here:

There will be no board for this event. Everything will be shown on the PDGA event page. We will be using live scoring as the primary scorekeeping and paper cards as the backup score.

EVERY CARD MUST KEEP A DIGITAL SCORECARD!!! YOUR ENTIRE CARD WILL BE DISQUALIFIED IF YOU DON'T!!!!!!!!! DON'T FORGET TO FINALIZE YOUR SCORE ONCE THE ROUND IS OVER!!!!!!
PAYOUT
Pros: Pros will be paid out via Paypal on Monday. If your Paypal address is different than the address you used to sign up for the event, please let me know before you leave Saturday.
Ams: Ams will be paid out via the Dynamic Discs Van. The payout must be redeemed at the event. Payout is only good for the DD Van and not online or at another DD store.
PLAYER PACKS AND CHECK IN:
Player pack pick up and check-in will be at the RV parked in the middle of the park. EVERYONE MUST CHECK-IN!!! CHECK-IN BEFORE 8:30 A.M.
OB
There will be no OB sheets for this event. If you would like to have a physical copy of the OB sheet, you can print this attached OB sheet I've provided in this email. OB will also be listed on the PDGA scoring app, on the Facebook event page, and on the discgolfscene.com page where you signed up for this event.

Refund policy
Dynamic Discs Northwest Arkansas is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. OFFICIAL REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY FOR 2021
*If you need to cancel for any event, it MUST be made by email to [email redacted] Cancellations more than 3 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under 3 days from the tournament date will receive a 75% refund minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact us to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player’s packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees or store credit. While this policy will be in effect for the 2021 season, it may change for specific events.
