there is not a spot to pay...however if you want to cashless pre-reg post what division you are in and I can put you on the list. All payments will be taken at the park!

how can they have berth for states when its an unsanctioned tourney and people can buy mulligans???

Each club gets a # of State berths to give out each yr. How they are 'won' is up to the club/ league. Bids have NEVER been exclusive to sanctioned events only.
