Can you outplay, outwit, or out sabotage your opponents? Then, you just might have what it takes to be a Cutthroat Disc Golf Champion.

This is a 1-round, 19-hole UNSANCTIONED doubles-match brawl. Sign-up as a team. Each team member has an opportunity to purchase items to use for their benefit or detriment.

You will face hardships, challenges, and the great-unknown on every single hole.

There will be added obstacles on the course, Ript-off scenarios, Magic 8 Ball randomness, and one ULTIMATE SABOTAGE HOLE.

Included in your player pack: 1 Rip-It energy drink, which you will probably need. Lunch from Angry Sausage BBQ is also included...as well as a tasty brew from Southern Star Brewery so you can eat & drink away your sorrows. Player pack could expand as we hope to gain more items through sponsorships and donations...

Bring extra cash (PayPal works too) because this ULTIMATE SABOTAGE HOLE is a no-holds-barred auction hole. As with most of the other holes, sabotage is highly encouraged. However, on this hole, you can literally buy your way out of trouble!

The Twisted Tournament Director will present each team with a sabotage that will potentially inflict (metaphorical) pain on their opponent. This sabotage will be awarded to the highest bidder and then set loose on their opponents. There is NO LIMIT on bidding. Winning bid must be paid at this time. No IOU’s.

To become a Cutthroat Champion, you must be able to survive the course – and each other – in a format where sabotage is not only encouraged...it’s for SALE!

We present to you a little game we like to call “Cutthroat Disc Golf.”

Pre-round Mulligan cards may be purchased for $5 each (LIMIT of 8 per player) any unused Mulligans become null & void...so be sure to use them!

19 holes of Doubles Play as follows:

Holes 1-6: Best Shot
Holes 7-12 Worst Shot
Holes 13-18 Alternate Shot
Hole 19 Auction Hole

Best Shot Rules:
Both team members throw from the teeing area.

The team then chooses which of their two positions to play from for the next throw. Both team members throw from the resulting lie and the team again chooses which of the two positions to play from, and so on.

A team completes a hole when either team member completes the hole.

The score for a team on a hole is the number of throws for the lies that were played.

If a team picks up a thrown disc before a lie has been chosen or marked with a marker disc, the team may not choose that throw. If a team picks up both thrown discs without a lie having been marked, the second disc to have been picked up is replaced to its original position as agreed upon by the group, and the team must play from the resulting lie.

If one team member is absent, late, or ceases play, the other team member may play, but no throws are made on behalf of the missing team member. A late team member may join play only between holes.

EXAMPLE PAR 3:
Teammates 1 and 2 (T1 and T2) throw from the tee.
T1 lands not too far from the basket. T2 lands out of bounds (OB).
The players choose to play from the lie near the basket. (stroke 1)
T1 misses the putt. T2 makes it.
The team chooses to take the made putt. (stroke 2: birdie)
If T1 had made the putt in this example, T2 wouldn't have needed to putt.


Worst Shot Rules:
Both team members throw from the teeing area.

The OPPOSING team then chooses which of their two positions to play from for the next throw. Both team members throw from the resulting lie and the OPPOSING team again chooses which of the two positions to play from, and so on.

A team completes a hole when BOTH team members complete the hole.

The score for a team on a hole is the number of throws for the lies that were played.

If one team member is absent, late, or ceases play, the other team member may play, but no throws are made on behalf of the missing team member. A late team member may join play only between holes.

EXAMPLE PAR 3:
Teammates 1 and 2 (T1 and T2) throw from the tee. One lands in the fairway, the other OB.
The team's opponents choose the disc that landed OB. (stroke 1 + 2 with OB penalty)
T1 and T2 players throw from the chosen lie. T1 lands near the basket and T2 lands in the basket.
The team's opponents choose the disc that isn't in the basket. (stroke 3)
Both players make the putt from the chosen lie. (stroke 4: bogey)


Alternate Score Rules
One team member will throw from the teeing area.

Team members will alternate shots until the hole is completed.

A team completes the hole when either team member completes the hole with a made putt.

If one team member is absent, late, or ceases play, the other team member may play, but no throws are made on behalf of the missing team member. A late team member may join play only between holes.

EXAMPLE PAR 3:
Teammate 1 (T1) throws from the tee. (stroke 1)
Teammate 2 (T2) throws the team's next shot from where T1's shot landed. T2's shot lands near the basket. (stroke 2)
T1 putts from the lie and misses but lands near the basket. (stroke 3)
T2 makes the putt from where T1 landed. (stroke 4: bogey)
T1 throws the team's drive from the next tee.

There are only 2 divisions: PRO (MPO), AM (GEN),
If one or more team members are registered as Professional, the team MUST play MPO.

This tournament is to raise funds for all of the local Juniors that are going to Junior Worlds in Emporia, Kansas. Funds will be divided accordingly, depending upon how many Juniors are attending and the families that want to be part of this event. Funds are to be spent in any manner that helps with the trip i.e. tournament entry, food, gas, lodging, etc.

Please remember that this is a fundraiser tournament. While there will be payouts, they will not be large.

50% of Pro Entry goes to payout
25% of Am Entry goes to payout
All remaining goes to the kids

Of age players get one Beer from Southern Star Brewing
