Creeping Creek Disc Mixer- Presented By: Play It Again Sports Westminster & The Bradley and Nikki Bozeman Foundation

The Creeping Creek Disc Mixer is a non-sanctioned tournament that consists of 2 stand-alone rounds. The first round will be a singles round in the morning, followed by a doubles round in the afternoon. The singles round will crown a men’s and a women’s winner and runner up while the doubles round will be all together with a winning team and a runner up.

There will be a putting contest in between rounds. Details on how to buy into the putting contest can be found during registration. 50% of putting contest proceeds go to the winner and the other 50% will be added to the total donation to The Bradley and Nikki Bozeman Foundation.

Your $65 registration fee goes toward the following:

-Donation to The Bradley and Nikki Bozeman Foundation
-Payouts for winner and runner up
-Unlimited Drink Ticket
-Beer koozie
-CTP entry – one each round
-Ace Pot entry- one each round

Oak Creek Events will handle cancelations and refund requests on a case by case basis.
