About this tournament

This is a PDGA WGE C-Tier fundraising event for the BC Cancer Foundation and the 2021 Women's Global Event presented by the PDGA Women's Committee!

All PDGA non-member fees are being waived for this event for Women & Juniors.

2021 Women's Global Event:
On May 8th and 9th, women from all around the world will play two rounds of disc golf at their local participating PDGA Women's Global Event. Scores from the first two rounds of each participating tournament will be submitted by the individual tournament directors and rated by the PDGA. These round ratings will be totaled and averaged to determine the player's "Global Score."

Tournament Information:
- Digital Scoring via UDisc & PDGA Digital Scorecard required
- Digital Registration & Digital Payouts (no in-person awards)
- Assigned Tee Times Only - please select a preferred time in registration and play with members of your traveling party if possible (no player's meeting)
- SOCIAL DISTANCING in effect - Must maintain 2 metres from one another standing or sitting, unless residing together
- MASKS REQUIRED to be worn from the time you leave your vehicle until you are on Hole 1
- No handling of other people's discs
- No caddies
- No spectators
- Hand sanitizer will be available & the baskets sanitized after the first round
- Island Health Authority Regions ONLY to play

- Divisions & Prizes:
Open/Pro/Advance/Intermediate Divisions play on the Blue Tees & 18 Holes per round, starting at Hole 1 for 2 total rounds.

All other Amateur Divisions (except Advance & Intermediate) play on the Red Tees & 18 Holes per round, starting at Hole 1 for 2 total rounds.

C$40 fee breakdown for Open & Pro divisions:
C$29 - Cash payout to 45% of field for "Professional" Classification PDGA Status
C$11 - Green & Sanctioning Fees

C$40 fee breakdown for Amateur divisions (Juniors, Recreational, Novice, Intermediate, & Advance):
C$29 - fee to cover Women & Junior Girls ONLY WGE player's packs. If remained PDGA Sanctioned, Women & Junior Girls ONLY will have an additional AceRunners Gift Card awards to 45% of field for "Amateur" Classification PDGA Status.

OTHER Amateur divisions are awarded an AceRunners Gift Card to 45% of field for "Amateur" Classification PDGA Status.

COVID-19 Compliance Check-In:
- Temperature Check Required

- Players must answer "NO" to the following questions:

1. Do you feel unwell?
2. Do you have a cough or cold?
3. Do you have a fever?
4. Have you been in contact with someone who has had COVID-19 in the last 14 days?
5. Have you travelled outside Canada within the last 14 days?

If any of the answers to the above questions change between your registration and the date of the event, 100% refunds (minus paypal and disc golf scene fees) will be provided. You will be asked these same questions on the day of the event.

Refund policy

The Tournament Director is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.

If the event is cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions: donations, registration fees, and lunch add-on are 100% refundable (minus paypal and disc golf scene fees)

Otherwise, withdrawal refunds up to 7:00pm on July 26th will be 100% (minus paypal and disc golf scene fees)
