A Night at the Woods will be happening again this year! I will be posting some important info as I get it for this. There will be a Fly Mart available for all players for free! If you are not a player or major sponsor, the cost will be $50 to set up a space at the Fly Mart. Contact me if you are interested in participating in the Fly Mart as a player or not. I will be compiling a list. Payments are due to me or the CCR PayPal account prior to A Night at the Woods. Thanks!

Does anybody know of a nice family campground in this area?

If I can't make it Friday to check in. How do I know where to go on Saturday to check in that morning? Will you be waiting until registration has started to fill before deciding what divisions play in what Pool, in what course order?
All pool assignments will be posted by Friday afternoon on this website. If registration starts to take-off, it will be sooner.

If anyone is interested in sponsoring a hole and advertising your business, or just advertising you, Holes are $25 each, or get 3 for $65 and have a sign at each course! Signs will be 8.5 x 11 laminated. Please send payment to [email redacted]. Please note that it is payment for teesign/s in the note/message box. And then you can email your logo to [email redacted].
We are also looking for discs, hats, shirts, any other disc related merch to use for CTPs so if you have something you would like to donate, please let us know asap so we can thank you in the program! Thanks!

how many rounds will be played this year for this tourney?
Eirik Kauserud June 10, 2013 at 7:20pm
what courses is each person playing this year
Geeeeze....I'm confused again. My plan to play the courses at Burchfield started with a look at the DGS for the park. It now occurs to me that you are really putting a lot of effort into this, where new layouts are about to appear. Will you also be making those known to the digital and real-time viewers soon?
The layout for Burchfield is posted on the About page. For Renegades Trail (or Devils Den) All Pros and MA1 will play to the long tees to the assigned basket as noted on the About page. Rivers Edge has one pad and basket per hole, so all will play the same layout there, same for Grand Woods. Due ... more
I see. Renegade's is really Devil's Den. and the layout for it and River's Edge will be the ordinary. Good luck with the drainage. I'll wait for a few weeks before I make the trip.

ace pool and 50/50 done by pool. Does this mean per division or ?
No, it means it's by pool. There are 3 courses in use and everyone from your pool will be playing the same layout. Some pools may have more than on division, but that's no different than a normal C-tier. I'm just trying to make it fair for those who have to play the longer layouts with fewer legit aceruns.
oh I see, can you tell us the pools now or is that on hold til close to the tournament fills up?

Move me from am2 to am1 please and thank you. Can Paypal difference now or pay day of.
It would probably be easier to take care of it now. [email redacted]. Thanks!
