About this tournament
Thank you for joining us for our 2nd Annual Daniel Katterjohn Memorial Tournament. This is a sanctioned, charity tournament where proceeds will be donated to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention; this being said, Gold Division will still receive a payout for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd along with the player pack. We're hoping to draw out the love and joy this great sport brings people and to encourage everyone we can to stay here.

Players Pack: Custom Stamped Prodigy Disc, a Prodigy Mini (Kindly donated by Prodigy Discs), and a Commemorative Wristband
Prize: 1st Place of each Division will receive a Prodigy BP2 V3 Backpack
Raffle: Prodigy Discs has generously donated 2 BP3 V3 Backpacks for us to Raffle at the conclusion of the Second Round of the Tournament
Rounds: There will be 2 Rounds of 20 holes each played at Deerfield. MJ12 and Purple Divisions will be playing from the Blue Flag Layout (20 Holes Alternate Layout). MJ12 will be playing 1 Round of 20 Holes.
Capacity: 80 Players.
Ace Pot: Ace Pot is to be added during registration. If multiple people get an Ace (Hole-In-One), they will split the pot. Ace Pot runs through both rounds. If no one gets an Ace, the Ace Pot funds will be donated to charity.
CTP: Closest to Pin is to be added during registration. CTP runs through ONLY Round 1. Each Division has their own CTP Hole, listed below:
Gold CTP: Hole 12
Blue CTP: Hole 19
White CTP: Hole 17
Red CTP: Hole 5
Green CTP: Hole 8
Purple CTP: Hole 20
MJ12 CTP: Hole 2
Gold Division Payout will be equal to 85% of Gold Division entry fees

Refund policy
Please read this before requesting refund. We will follow these PDGA guidelines: https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103
All refund requests will be charged a $10 admin fee.
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund (minus up to a $10 handling fee).
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or a walk-up entry (if offered). If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 50% cash refund OR just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping).
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or a walk-up entry (if offered). If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 25% cash refund OR just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping).
Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.
