B Pool = Round 1 Guidestones, Round 2 Lake Russell
Day 2: 1 Tee Time Round of 27 holes

POOLS (after pre-registration ends, pools will not be adjusted prior to 8/25, beginning 2 weeks prior to start date, division distribution in pools maybe adjusted to accommodate waitlisted players if a pool has open spots)



Pool A: MPO, MP40, MP50, MP60, MA1, MA40
Pool B: FPO, MA50, MA55, MA60, MA65, MA2, MA3, FA

PRO Field will be paid via PayPal. If PayPal email varies from registration email, please inform TD prior to the end of the tournament.
40% of Mixed field will be paid.
100% of FP field will be paid.



AM Field will be paid via voucher, redeemable on-site with Wes Campbell

50% of Mixed field will be paid.
100% of FA field will be paid.

Cash CTPs: There will be 5 - $2 CTPs for a total of $10. CTPs will be for SATURDAY AND SUNDAY

Ace Pot is $5 per person and will be for BOTH DAYS. Ace pot will be chopped if multiple aces are hit. If an ace is not hit during the weekend, there will be a CTP throw off, 50% to closest, 25% to 2nd closest, and 25% to Throw Pink.

Tiebreakers for first place will be sudden death starting on hole 1 OG Russell, minimum of 20 minutes after final tee time has teed off, as needed.
Playoff loop will consist of holes 1, 2, 6, & 9 of OG Russell

Tee order by random draw and in the case of a tied hole during sudden-death play, the teeing order for the next hole will rotate from the order used on the just completed hole.
Trophies will be awarded for 1st place in all divisions with a minimum of 3 competitors.
(Exception may be maybe for female divisions)

All Mixed divisions require a minimum of 3 competitors.
No minimum requirement for Female Divisions, and no non-PDGA fee for female competitors.
Female divisions will have their own layout.

Waitlist will be used in order by pool, except when a FP or FA withdrawal with FP or FA on proper waitlist, then that withdrawal will be filled with an appropriate FP/FA from the waitlist.
Getting promoted from waitlist:
UPDATE 9/4/23 @530pm
*As both waitlist are now empty, any waitlist registrations after 530 on 9/4 will require payment in full, if not promoted you will receive 100% refund
Over 7 days from the tournament (Open registration to 9/1/23): Players will have 48 hours to accept spot by completing registration if they are promoted.
Under 7 days from the tournament (9/2/23 to 9/7/23): Players will have 24 hours to accept spot by completing registration if they are promoted.
Under 24 hours from the tournament: Players must immediately accept spot by completing registration if they are promoted.
Failure to complete registration and submit payment within the timeframe, if someone is currently in the waitlist, will result in you being moved to the end of the waitlist and the next person on the waitlist will be promoted.***

Refunds will be managed in accordance with PDGA guidelines – 1.03 Withdrawals and Refunds

LAST DAY TO RECEIVE FULL REFUND WILL BE 8/10/2023.
After 8/10/2023 = 100% if someone is currently on the waitlist for your pool, 50% if not, minus $10

ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request.
