Chris - The other three courses are public parks and should be totally fine. Just bring bags for any messes.

My understanding is that they are allowed during regular preliminary rounds..

You may wear dri-fit or performance wicking material shirts with non-offensive logos during the event. CM 3.04.D.3 specifically exempts those types of materials from the definition of "tee shirt."

I know this has been a previous question, I am unsure if it was answered. If we get upgraded to the registration list, and follow the link, it takes you to a page that says registration closed. Like other’s, I just want to make sure I am good to go and don't need to do anything else. I would appreciate some clarification.Thanks in advance.

If I check-in immediately following the player meeting as you suggested, will I still be able to get my player pack at that time?

There is a cut after Rd4. The top 20% of each division play on Saturday.
