Is there a way for me to switch divisions from MJ18 to MA2? (I'm Daniel Erickson in MJ18).
It says MA2 is waitlisted but since I'm already in the event can I switch to it?

You can switch, but you would be waitlisted. Also, there is a $25 difference in cost for those divisions.

Daniel Erickson   May 2, 2022 at 3:17am

If I am waitlisted then will I get to play? or will I just get sent back to MJ18 if MA2 is still full on the day of the event?

Eric Hess   May 3, 2022 at 7:05am

I could only send you back to MJ18 if there was a spot in the A pool. If you transfer to the B pool waitlist, no spot will be reserved in A pool for you. There are currently 2 open spots. These spots may or may not fill. Players on waitlist in B pool may or may not make it in. At this point all outcomes are realistically possible.

Hey, looking to get a refund for Leander Rottman in MA1. He can’t attend the event anymore but I’m the one who covered his fee.

Which alternate basket will we play on hole 9 for the alternates round at Buchmiller? The middle basket or the long basket? Thanks!

Eric Hess   April 2, 2022 at 4:12am

The long one. In addition, 5 holes do not currently have alternates. For those holes, I will setup temporary alternate baskets.

Can I be added to the wait-list without paying ahead of time? Would like to save any fees in case I don't get in. Would be MA1

Players that do not make it into the tournament will receive full refunds.

Eric — I’ve managed to rupture my Achilles’ tendon, so my season is finished. Please give my spot to the next person on the waitlist.

2 quick questions
- It doesnt specify a date for AM registration, when would that occur?
-Any idea on the schedule? Is it one round per day, two rounds per day?

Thanks

if there are only four people in a division, will they all be on the same card? also is there a link for the players meeting?

Eric Hess   February 17, 2022 at 6:36am

Players meeting will be recorded live on the Tuesday before the tournament. Yes, unless extreme circumstances dictate otherwise, the PDGA advises placing all players in the same division on the same card. If all 4 of those players are juniors, a tournament official will check in on them regularly.

Eric Hess   February 17, 2022 at 6:37am

Any players under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
