There will be staff directing you once you enter the course area. If you haven't been there before, there is a road next to the bathrooms that goes down to an additional parking lot

I can not make it on Thursday and I purchased a Elite VIP ticket, I am planning on showing up for FPO start on Friday morning. When and where do I check in?

… pretty sure it was a typo, northwood is one of the courses for the ledgestone open. I’m pretty sure he meant toboggan course.

So my buddy canceled on me and I’m bringing someone else but it’s all filled out in his name for registration will that be a problem I paid for both tickets on my card

It will only let me edit mine not the extra vip pass I bought so can I just check my buddy in under Justin Zimmer even though it’ll be Chris Clark?

How do I get a parking pass for the event if I'm only getting the week admisson pass? If I have a metro park pass do I need to buy a parking pass still?

The weekly admission pass is your pass to get into the event (includes admission and parking). If you have the metropark pass and this pass, you are good!

How do I upgrade? Simply register for the Elite? Do I get a refund for the regular VIP I am already registered for?

You can use your confirmation email and click "Modify your registration" or you can login to your DGS account and do it that way.

We are not planning for it, we recommend you get the Elite VIP pass.

But the elite doesn't come with discs nor the ability to spectate, so are they really comparable?

Not sure where that information is coming from, but the Elite VIP Pass definitely gives you the ability to spectate. From the description: Additionally you will receive a VIP pass that gives you access to VIP viewing areas and access to the VIP tent.

If you upgrade you wouldn't get the spectator pack, but you would get the other items in the Elite VIP pack, and you would just bring whatever you want to be signed.

Me and my buddy bought VIP passes. Do those get mailed to our home address or do we pick them up when we arrive at the tournament? First time going to dglo and wasn’t sure how that worked. Thanks!

I purchased a VIP pass on wait-list. I would like to guarantee admission to the event so I would like to switch to the standard weekend pass. Is there a way to do this? Either request a refund and then purchase a weekend pass or switch with a partial refund? Thanks

You would just edit your registration which would trigger a partial refund.

I purchased the VIP pass with my registration for the actual event, and also purchased a VIP pass here for my wife. Just confirming that these are the same and will allow us the same "privileges" so we can watch/spectate together. Thank you!

VIP Badge - The cost for this is $95 and gets one person free parking and admission during the entire event plus a special badge and Spectator Pack. The badge will get you special access to the VIP tent at the event (which will include snacks and food) and allow access to special VIP viewing areas. The VIP badge will also get you an amazing Spectator Pack.

If you don't get off the VIP waitlist do you get access to the event via weekly admission pass or do you get your money back?
They will be refunded.
