About this tournament

Welcome to the 2021 Tussle at Taylor Sponsored by Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers! This will be the first sanctioned event on the new redesigned Taylor Disc Golf Course!

This will be a one day, two round, PDGA Sanctioned C-Tier Pro-Am, for up to 130 players!. Our goal is for you to enjoy a fun, fast, tournament for all ages and playing types.

We will divide the field into two pools: Pool A (for afternoon) will consist of MPO, MA1, MA40, MA50, and MA2, and play from the long tee pads except MA50 will play shorts then longs. Pool B (for breakfast) will consist Rec, Novice, and Junior Divisions will play from the short tee pads for both rounds. Each pool will shotgun start and play 2 rounds of 13 holes and will be immediately followed by their own award ceremony!

$200 added cash across all Open Divisions and Amateur Divisional Winners (at least 3 or more in a division) will receive custom Championship Belts! Amateur winning payout will be provided by South of 64 Series - Tyler Searle.

Players Pack for all Amateurs will include:
$10 voucher redeemable through South of 64 Series
Lunch provided by Tin Pig BBQ, Taylor, AL
$10 voucher for Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers
4 Free oil changes will be given out as CTPs!
Every registered player will be entered into a drawing for up to $600 for a free set of tires!
(As an incentive to register early, the first 25 to register will get 5 tickets to the drawing, the next 25 will get 4 tickets, next 25 will get 3 tickets, etc)

Junior <12 and under divisions must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during tournament rounds. Additionally, and player younger than 13 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian regardless of division they play in.

Refund policy

Southeast Alabama Disc Golf Association is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
