This will serve as the players meeting for the event. There will not be an in-person players meeting.


Basic Information
There are 23 spots still available; and we will be taking walk up registrations until 7:45am
We will be check-in with players in the morning beginning at 7:15. We will be available to answer any questions regarding the live scoring system and get you setup and ready to use.
If you need to pay for ace pool or 50/50, please do so before the start of the 1st round at tournament central. Tickets for a chance to win a Zuca cart or Discraft Grip Bag will be available all day at tournament central.
Player pack pick up and early registration discs (First 45) will be distributed after the 1st round at tournament central.
Please follow social distancing guidelines when on the course. We will have a perimeter spray painted around tournament central. While in this perimeter, please mask up.
In general, competitors should not be congregating around staff outside of turning in physical scorecards, checking results, picking up player’s packs or conferring with the TD.

TEE OFF FOR ROUND 1 WILL BE 8:00

There will be an ace pool ctp. If no one gets an ace, the money will go to the person on that ctp (ace pool paid in only).
Water will be available at tournament central and at Holes 7/13
Unfortunately due to a scheduling error, Bruce’s Badass BBQ WILL NOT be on site Saturday - Please Plan Accordingly
Please bring in CTP/LP markers will only be for the 2nd round, please be sure to bring these in after the round. 50/50 and Ace Pool Throw Off will be out all day.

OB Hole 6 - Metal Fence left side of Hole
OB Hole 8 - Metal Fence left side of Hole
OB Hole 16 - Water long of the basket
OB Hole 18 - Parking Lot


Live Scoring, Hole Assignments, and Tee Pad Assignments
We will be utilizing PDGA Live Scoring. Your hole assignments for the 1st and 2nd round will be listed in the Live Scoring system. 1 Player who utilizes Live Scoring for both their rounds will randomly be chosen to receive a $30 Disc Baron Certificate.
Hole assignments will also be available at tourney central.

Payouts
Payouts will be provided using the standard PDGA payout scale.
Amateur payouts will be provided by Disc Baron in the form of coupons to Disc Baron online store www.discbaron.com. Coupons will be distributed via email after the event is complete. Payouts must be claimed online. Payouts will not be available onsite. Winners will have until 10/23/20 to redeem their coupons. Coupons must be used in one transaction and no change will be provided.

Just want to double check these divisions are playing on Saturday. On the UDisc Event page it says MA2, FA1-3, etc. are playing Sunday the 23rd.
