I lost an Eclipse Crave with the MVP open stamp on it - left side of the fairway on 11. Blue rim. If someone finds I’d really appreciate its return

This will serve as the players meeting for the event. There will not be an in-person players meeting.


Basic Information
• The event is full as of 8/14/20; we will not be taking walk up registrations.
• Check-in begins at 7:30 and ends at 8:30, if you are not checked in by 8:30 your spot will go to the next waitlisted player; we will be doing a drive-thru check in. On the drive into the course, you will be met by a staff member who will check you in and give out amateur player’s packs.
• If you need to pay for ace pool or 50/50, please do so at tournament central. Tickets for a chance to win a Zuca cart and a Chainstar Lite will be available all day at tournament central.
• Early registration (first 45, but actually first 67) discs will be available at tournament central.
• Tournament central will be in the lower parking lot near the entrance to the courses.
• Please follow social distancing guidelines when on the course, at tourney central, and when getting food from our good friends at Bruce's Badass BBQ. In general, competitors should not be congregating around staff outside of turning in physical scorecards, checking results, picking up player’s packs or conferring with the TD.

• TEE OFF FOR ROUND 1 WILL BE 9:00
• There will be an ace pool ctp. If no one gets an ace, the money will go to the person on that ctp (ace pool paid in only).
• Water will be available at tournament central.
• Lunch will be available near tournament central from Bruce’s Bad Ass BBQ!
• Please bring in CTP markers after the second round.

Hole 1 short tee on Wildwood is moved to the right of the original pad and marked with paint and flags.


Live Scoring, Hole Assignments, and Tee Pad Assignments
• We will be utilizing PDGA Live Scoring. Your hole assignments for the 1st and 2nd round will be listed in the Live Scoring system. 1 Player who utilizes Live Scoring for both their rounds will randomly be chosen to receive a $30 Disc Baron Certificate.
• Hole assignments will also be available at tourney central.

Payouts
• Payouts will be provided using the standard PDGA payout scale.
• Amateur payouts will be provided by Disc Baron in the form of coupons to Disc Baron online store www.discbaron.com. Coupons will be distributed via email after the event is complete. Payouts must be claimed online. Payouts will not be available onsite. Winners will have until 10/23/20 to redeem their coupons. Coupons must be used in one transaction and no change will be provided.

• Extra water (I will have water on site for you)
• Bug spray
• Extra discs
• $5 bills or PayPal for Side Games Raffles
