I was there yesterday. We are trimming some trees that have grown and made a few holes very difficult. The grass has not been mowed yet but should get started later today.

Robert "Rec Rob" Hastings   May 27, 2017 at 10:02am

Thanks for the info and all the hard work!

Ken Sailler    May 23, 2017 at 4:23pm

Lol. I told you back on May 8th that you had an invite. We cannot forecast if anyone will drop out. You will have to make that decision on your own. Yes, you would be refunded if you did not get into the event.

Christopher Koontz    May 15, 2017 at 9:20pm

If a player accepts Cash in Open in a Southern Nationals event does that DQ them ?

Robert "Rec Rob" Hastings   May 8, 2017 at 4:23pm

Ok.. and believe it or not more and more PDGA events are creeping in to my area. A lot of Dual SN/PDGA :) It's a great thing!

Robert "Rec Rob" Hastings    May 8, 2017 at 4:33pm

It's all good. Sending in the report now to the PDGA. SHouldn't be too much longer.

Justin Phillips    April 28, 2017 at 3:42pm

Will the course be open for play the weekend before the tournament? Or is may 31 the only time?

John Minicuci   April 28, 2017 at 11:52am

The course install is scheduled to begin Tuesday afternoon, May 30 and finalized Wed, May 31. Some work will also need to take place Thursday. The course is open to play Thursday all day only to players in the event.

Mark Stephens   April 28, 2017 at 11:57am

You are of course able to throw the course without the baskets

Congratulations to everyone who qualified including those who have already registered to fill the event.
Thank you all for signing up, this is the fastest this event has ever filled that I know of.

For those who have qualified and have already contacted me about a waitlist, yes, we have set the waitlist to 30.

REGISTRATION PROCESS ANNOUNCEMENT: FYI, the target turnaround time for players to be emailed their invites following a weekend's event would be Tuesday evening. There are many variables in determining this target time like the TD of the qualifying event posting the results on the PDGA website and the PDGA turn around time of the newly qualified players list I send them verifying the players' eligibility, as a couple of examples. If you think you have qualified and have not been sent an invite by Wednesday following the qualifying event, please contact me.
