If you get promoted you'll get a link to pay your entry fee via PayPal. After that you'll show up at Check-in anywhere from 8-8:45am on Saturday. Everything will be explained in the players meeting from there.

Eric Fleet    September 16, 2021 at 7:58pm

I just played the course, and it looks really good. I especially liked that the downed trees got cleaned up on hole 14... I was actually able to get a par on it because of it! I saw clean up on a lot of other problem areas as well. Good job to the clean up crew!

In the Prarie grass left on hole 1, surrounded by water on hole 2, on or over any roads. Sidewalks are in bounds. There will be a sheet given out at the players meeting

James Orth   September 17, 2021 at 4:41am

Thanks

Matt Mullen    September 16, 2021 at 5:47pm

In the event that people drop day-of, can waitlisters still show up?

Joseph Schank   September 16, 2021 at 11:02pm

I won't promise you'll be able to play, but you can certainly try!

Tony Accordino    September 15, 2021 at 11:22pm

Unfortunately had to submit my withdrawal due to scheduling issue. I am extremely bummed but hope all goes well for the tourney!

I'm petitioning a caddy and he wants to know about when I will tee off. Can u get a general time frame for ma2 tee time

Joseph Schank   September 13, 2021 at 10:02pm

The event is a shotgun start at 9:05 for the first round.

Logan Stockton    September 12, 2021 at 6:00pm

The short tee for hole 6 doesn’t have a whole lot of room for a run up due to the foliage on the right. Is 6’s short tee going to be adjusted at all come tournament day?
Thanks!

Joseph Schank   September 12, 2021 at 6:11pm

Yes it will be adjusted, the tee will basically be in the middle of the fairway. Directly next to where it is at now.

Logan Stockton   September 12, 2021 at 6:56pm

Thanks for the update!

Eric Fleet    September 4, 2021 at 9:06pm

I stopped by for a practice round and looked for anything indicating where 9a and 9b were but saw nothing. When will we be able to see what we are up against on these two holes?

Joseph Schank   September 4, 2021 at 9:22pm

Currently I am not allowed to leave markings on the course. There is a map on Udisc that will give you the general idea of the two holes, on the Friday before the tournament there will be a free doubles event for everyone to get acclimated to the course. More details about the entire event will go out in an email on Wednesday.

Eric Fleet   September 4, 2021 at 9:33pm

Thank you.

What’s the likelihood that I’m able to get in at WL #20??

Joseph Schank   September 3, 2021 at 1:01am

Honestly not too likely, with the tournament getting closer and closer less people are going to be dropping. It isn't impossible, but I would say highly unlikely.

Sam Rath    August 17, 2021 at 2:39pm

When will we have photos/be able to practice the temporary holes?

Joseph Schank   August 17, 2021 at 3:09pm

They will be on Udisc by the end of the week. Photos then as well and possibly a league night the Friday before depending on the schools decision.

James Waldron   September 1, 2021 at 4:50am

If there ends up being a league night that Friday will it be announced on this page?

Joseph Schank   September 5, 2021 at 1:48am

There will be, and yes it'll be announced on here and through email

Colton Stoops    August 14, 2021 at 9:06pm

Sadly, I am going to be submitting my refund request. Have a good round guys!

Any timeline on when the OB map will be released? Tournaments coming up quick

Joseph Schank   August 15, 2021 at 12:20am

Monday afternoon is the expected OB sheet with the added temp holes.

Logan Georskey   August 15, 2021 at 6:04pm

Awesome thanks

Shawn Daum    July 31, 2021 at 5:50am

Just curious the chance of getting in as the #2 on the wait list?

Stephen mihaly   July 31, 2021 at 10:59am

Usually a very high chance.

Joseph Schank   July 31, 2021 at 12:36pm

A pretty high chance, normally 8-12 on the wait list gets in. I'm talking to the campus to put in an extra hole or two to fit more people as well.

Ryan Flanagan    July 31, 2021 at 3:04am

Trying to register but not working. Stranger dab needs in

Joseph Schank   July 31, 2021 at 3:22am

Try again now, if that doesn't work just leave your PDGA and your division and I'll put you in.

Sam Rath    July 14, 2021 at 1:35am

Any chance the Junior divisions could be 18 and under. It might open up the Junior field a little more.

Joseph Schank   July 19, 2021 at 1:45am

It'll be opened up at time of registration.

Logan Georskey    June 29, 2021 at 12:02pm

Why not only have MA4 do short tees? New players who want to play long tees now has to sign up for MA2, which will likely not be suitable for their skill level.

Joseph Schank   June 30, 2021 at 10:43pm

Pace of play is going to be a problem at Kent. We will have spotters on 4, 5, 6 and 7. I'm sure there will be lots of scrambling and we need to keep groups moving to stop backups and cause issues for later cards.

James Waldron    June 29, 2021 at 11:30am

When should we expect the map of updated OB lines? I wanted to practice scrambling on a few holes, but the front 9 is overgrown and thick with ticks/poison ivy.

Joseph Schank   June 30, 2021 at 10:41pm

Map coming in two weeks. The front 9 should be cut down soon through the school. I'll let everyone know when that gets done. 4-7 is an absolute forest.

James Waldron   July 5, 2021 at 6:27pm

Sounds great, thanks for the reply.

Patrick Fortunato    June 25, 2021 at 5:28pm

Are you still planning on everyone playing from the long tees or are the lower divisions going to play from the short tees?

Joseph Schank   June 25, 2021 at 5:43pm

MA4, MA3, FA4, FA3 and any Junior divisions will play from shorts.

Kenny Fogleman    June 24, 2021 at 4:05pm

Any updates at all?

Joseph Schank   June 25, 2021 at 11:35am

It looks like September 18th is going to be the date it will be moved to. As I said, I don't want to update anyone before things are 100% set.
