Requests for Discs or shirts in colors does not work as we do not have them nor can we track all of that additional information. Weights requested for the 1-disc doesn't work either as we do not know what we will get there.
Somebody asked about the Crystal Buzzz's assuming they are in the order 20 will be put out first come first served, based on payment day off or checking in if pre paid. Pre Paid people do not have to wait in the line once registration is open. If i remember correctly the Crystal Buzzz's are going to be Ghost stamped as well.

So when you say first come first served based on payment day, how does that work exactly? Is it just you have the order of people who signed up and you will wait for the first 20 people who signed up to pick a disc before allowing others to get those?

the people who have paid will have there shirts, 1-discs and minis pulled in advance for them, they must pick the club disc based on what is left at that point. everybody else picks from there. there is a limit to the 1-disc of 200 same for the minis, shirts there are only 250. after the first 20 ... more

Well what I'm looking for is I think I was one of the earlier ones to register, but I won't be able to get there until just before it begins. I don't remember seeing an option to select a disc when I pre-regged. I just want to know if I need to try and take off from work a little bit earlier then I normally would.

Please do take notice everyone online registration closes April 22nd at 1201AM online registration is optional day of registration requires waiting in line.
You do not have to play in the event to get the stuff if you choose not to. You do not have to play in our leagues if you choose not to.
Payment of the Club dues at or before the 1-disc is the only way to ensure your 1-disc We are only purchasing 200 of the 1-discs. Only 250 Dry Weave shirts were ordered so some sizes may run out.

You do not have to pre pay to participate in this event but we may run out of 1-discs. If you are not sure you can make it or might be later getting to the park i would recommend pre paying as that will ensure your Shirt in your size and the 1-disc for you. We will pull the 1-disc and shirt and set aside.
The event is simple you pay your club dues, get your stuff and then you go play a 18 hole round with the 1-disc and only the 1-disc no matter what that disc is. Of course you do not have to ...

I received the question as it is not clear by playing in this event you become a A3disc club member, with all the merchandise included if paid before or at the 1-disc challenge. the annual membership dues run from The day of this event until the day before next years 1-disc challenge.

So yes playing the event makes you a full a3 member to both our league and community which entitles you to all membership benefits.

there is no cashless pre reg you must either pay on this site or show up the day of, sorry. i will probably need the help as i don't know when the rest of my people will be shoring up for certain. tables lined up in a long row would be great over by the practice basket closer to the parking lot then the tee please.
