Sorry for the late reply. I wasn't able to respond to this comment directly on my phone. Unfortunately, hole 12 was advanced by a player who thought they had paid into the CTP, but had not. Since we had no idea where the CTP flag was last placed and no idea if anyone else would have been able to advance it had it been left alone, we could not award it. The player who moved it felt pretty bad about it.
