I see in faq that am payouts often start earlier Sunday. But the Sunday schedule posted shows that as the last thing happening. Just curious for those traveling, if we make a payout spot, do we need to be present to collect? And the FAQ also mentioned a form for later date ordering, when/where would those be available? Thanks for any insight.

You do not need to be present to collect. We will have vouchers available that can be redeemed online after the event.

Justin Pena    July 1, 2020 at 8:43pm

Are there shuttles from any of the hotels to the courses? We have 3 people in different divisions carpooling together...

Nate Heinold   July 1, 2020 at 9:29pm

Not that I am aware of. I would recommend more than one car for sure if you have 3 people. If you stay at the host hotels there will be a lot of disc golfers there so rides should be easier to come by.

You may want to consider uber or lyft

Willie Metcalf    July 1, 2020 at 6:48pm

If we didn't sign up for any of the flex c days can we still pay to play when we arrive the day of?

I actually just sanctioned the events last night and will have DGS pages up for all of them soon. You will be able to signup for them soon online, or you can do day of pending availabilty. Best bet is to sign up online before the events.

Whoa, top card eh?? It will be late, probably 630 to 7ish.

Yes, I concur. Nate, you are well organized and very patient with all these questions and requests.

Don't know if I missed it somewhere, but how do you register the C tier tournaments ?

Nate Heinold   June 29, 2020 at 8:46pm

We will have reg pages up soon for those.

thanks

Rich Longer    June 28, 2020 at 8:43pm

Will players who rank up from the August 11th ratings update be forced to withdraw? It comes in 3 days before the tournament and I will already have made the trip cross country and burned a week vacation.

So if I read this right. Even if you are above the rating for your divison after august it doesnt matter unless its really above your divison?

Nate Heinold   July 3, 2020 at 6:26pm

We are ignoring the August ratings update, unless its egregious. We do not support bagging and want the competition to be fair. When people sign up we warn them about this, and its listed right in our FAQ that if they think they will be a higher division later in the year, they need to sign up fhat division at that time.

Cody England   July 3, 2020 at 6:30pm

thank you for the swift respone!!

Sid Blommers    June 28, 2020 at 8:21pm

If I didn't sign up for the flex tournaments, would I still be able to sign up for them?

Nate Heinold   June 29, 2020 at 1:38am

Yes, we will have individual pages available soon to reg for each event, or you can go back into your DGS confirmation emal and signup that way by adding options.

robert r    June 27, 2020 at 11:00pm

I was wondering why only four players allowed to play in the sixty year old open division? I was thinking about trying to get in but you only have four spots out of roughly 1200. Are older players not interested or you just decided four was enough?

Nate Heinold   June 28, 2020 at 2:17am

That has never been a division that has had a lot of signups. We have a lot of master level players signed up on the AM side. The demand on the pro side is very low.

Cody England    June 27, 2020 at 6:39pm

When will wait list people know for sure they wont get in?

Nate Heinold   June 28, 2020 at 2:16am

Probably about a week before the event.

Tim Bouzek    June 27, 2020 at 5:26pm

Are Westwood, McNaughton and Sunset Hills all cart friendly?

Tyler Adelman   June 27, 2020 at 6:34pm

Sunset is, Mcnaughton generally is but Westwood is not

Daniel McClung    June 26, 2020 at 3:51pm

With the announcement about spectators I’m assuming that means I wouldn’t be able to have both my parents spectate and that we won’t be able to spectate pros. Is that correct?

Nate Heinold   June 26, 2020 at 4:07pm

This article would adress all questions: https://lisopen.com/articles/spectator-info-2020

Isrrael Escobar    June 26, 2020 at 3:02pm

Do we have to register a caddy? Or just show up with one?

Nate Heinold   June 26, 2020 at 3:15pm

You won't have to register, you can just show up with one.

Tad Carlson    June 25, 2020 at 11:01pm

Will MA1 be playing the gold or blue layout of Northwoods? It just says Northwoods on the Course schedule

Nate Heinold   June 26, 2020 at 3:05am

MA1 will play Gold.

Joel Wesseling    June 17, 2020 at 2:19am

I was just notified that I made it into MA1 off the waitlist. How long do I have to pay the remaining entry fee?

Nate Heinold   June 17, 2020 at 2:22am

72 hours

Rob Stark    June 16, 2020 at 1:19am

Hi Nate, Just out of curiosity, as an AM - and given the whole management of social distancing and all, will we be able to watch the Pros throw at Ledgestone? I suspect the answer may be a 'No' from what I read in the past. I was wondering what the thoughts were at this time. Thanks.

We will be making an announcement on or around June 26th that will address both of these questions.

Nate Heinold   June 16, 2020 at 2:04am

Also to Rob... Ledgestone is coming. That is all.

Rob Stark   June 16, 2020 at 10:36am
