Playoff Format: Should there be a playoff, players will play 1-18 in order at their respective course on the layout from round 2.

Player Packs

First 50 am players will receive a beanie (hat), a custom stamped Charlotte roar Glow FD or Metal Flake MD3, and 15$ electronic coupon voucher to disc golf 987 store. Total value 50$.

If you sign up after the first 50 amateurs have signed up you will receive a $50 coupon voucher from Discgolf 978, since the disc and beanie will not be available.

Additionally, all am player payouts will be handled by our friends at Discgolf 978, electronically, where they will create an account for you, and keep track of all your amateur payout credits. They are one of the most efficient, fairly priced, and customer friendly shops we love partnering with at GMT and are always helping give back to the community! This year will be no different as we'll be working with them to also add at least $500 back into the added merchandise value across the different am divisions.

$7 Per Player Greens Fee (Includes Fees for Charlotte Park Permit and Trophies)


Rest goes toward Payouts. Top 45% paid for Amateurs, and Top 40$ get paid via paypal electronically for pros.

Per the PDGA's refund policy, withdrawals made 14 days or more prior to the start of the event shall be refunded 100%. Withdrawals made within 14 days of the event will be refunded only if the player's spot is filled by someone off the waitlist.
