About this tournament
GVDG presents Match Play Ryder Cup Edition!
This year we will have 2 captains and will draft from the player pool. Once drafting is complete seeds will be assigned. We encourage captains to make a facebook group (or whatever communication app your prefer) to help with seeding.
FORMAT
This year is different for matches. You schedule your own matches as in the past and try to fit them in a week time frame.
Week 1: Normal matchplay 1v1
Week2: Doubles, seeding is captains and teams discretion.
Week 3: Alternatively shot doubles.
Then this schedule will repeat itself until the end of the season.
The final match will be doubles and wed ask if all participants could play on the same day, kinda a tournament feel. Double points added for this final event.
