REGISTRATION FOR THE 2-DAY CRISTIAN KORTE MEMORIAL 10: TIME TO DRIVE 16! DISC GOLF EVENT - camping available (restrictions apply - CONTACT US with "camping 2024" in the subject line for more information)

- Players sign up in your desired skill level and eligible age group - 3 competitive rounds of Disc Golf, lunch Saturday, free DX disc or $10 credit toward disc purchase - add extras as desired.

This is a FUNdraiser for the Cristian Korte Memorial Swim Fund. $30.00 of every entry fee will be used to cover event expenses & provide financial support to 4 corners area families enrolling their children in certified swim programs. Remaining entry fees will be used for the prize pool...ca$h for the Pro divisions and "SWAG credit" for the Ams.
- You may sign up for any division open to your age class
- Minimum players per division = 2
- Payout is based on
...$40/player/division MPO/FPO
...$30/player/division all other Pros
...$20/player/division all Ams & Jr's
- We will pay out 50% of the field
- Divisions with only 2 players, both participants will be paid out
- 1st place trophy for divisions with 4+ players
- CTP (Closest to the Pin) prizes will be in play 1st & last rounds
- Your FUN Saturday afternoon round is included at no extra charge and will be included in your final score tally.
- Pulled Pork Sandwiches catered by San Juan BBQ Saturday for all 2 day players!
- $5.00 ACE pool available all weekend
- $25.00 T-shirts must be reserved by 8 pm 9/5/2024
- Hole & Par Sponsorships must be reserved by 8pm 9/17/2024

Refund policy

Cristian Korte Memorial Swim Fund is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Refunds will be available if CKM Time to Drive is cancelled, or if we must postpone and you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, or if you or any member of your immediate household are sick, or if you have a family emergency.
If you have a better offer somewhere else this weekend, we thank you for your generous donation to this wonderful cause.
