2 round shotgun start
Stafford Woods DGC
$55 entry for all Am divisions
$4 of every entry goes to cover sanctioning and PDGA fees
$4 of every entry will go to TD compensation and expenses
$2 of every entry will go to the local club
Additional donation options are also available
Amateur Player Pack will be provided by Discraft
AM Payouts will be made available at the end of event awards ceremony
Ace pot will be made by Paypal
All unhit ace pots this year will be donated to Camp Tecumseh of the Salvation Army. (except those designated otherwise)
Layout will be the regular Long Tees. (unless weather and/or course conditions require a change) Juniors and ladies will have some alternate/short tees TBA later

Refund policy
Bria Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Refunds will be processed according to rule 1.03 of the PDGA Competition Manual. Timing of refunds may not start until 2 weeks before the event, depending on staff availability.
Event and Corporate sponsorships will not be refunded after August 1. All refunds will be completed, including waitlist that did not make the field, within 48 hours of the start of the event. Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to post to your account.
Refunds should be requested either through the link in your registration confirmation email or login to disc golf scene and select the link on the event players page.
