    8:00am - 9:00am

    Sign In and get your picture taken if you are participating in the costume contest

    9:00am - 9:15am

    Meeting to go over the rules and the flow of the day

    9:15am - 9:30am

    Go to your assigned hole. This will be posted in the comments the day before with pictures of the course map. We will also be using Udisc

    9:30am - 1:15pm

    Start Round 1 Best shot doubles (Both throw from the tee)

    1:15pm - 1:30pm

    Lunch
    When done with round 1 you will go the club house to grab your hot dogs/hamburger and chips. Bar will be open! For pace of play and time restrictions if you could take your lunch to-go and proceed to the hole you started on to begin Round 2. There will be no meeting

    1:30pm - 5:00pm

    Round 2. (Alternate Drive, then best shot). Proceed to club house after the round. If you can bring in the tee sponsorship sign and any CTPs on the hole you finish up on we would greatly appreciate the help!

    5:00pm - 5:30pm

    Hang out at the bar and chill with the homies and make some new friends!

    5:30pm - 6:30pm

    Buffet Dinner

    Chicken Wings two flavors (mild and spicy)

About this tournament

2 rounds of play
We are back for some End of year Doubles action at Diamond Hawk for the 6th year! This is going to be a 2 round event on a temp layout (this will be similar to last years, old layouts are posted on uDisc if you want to take a look) on the front 9 at Diamond Hawk Golf Course (Only available/playable day of the event) with Round 1 being Best Shot and Round 2 being Alternate Drive, then best shot with ladies getting tee advantage both rounds. Lunch and Dinner are both included in the price and will be following each round. Please make sure to pick a lunch option(2 Hot Dogs or a Hamburger) at registration. Carts will also be included , dependent on good weather.

We will also have access to a full bar with a bartender the day of the event as well as a cart girl providing refreshments on the course. Please do not bring your own booze and show Diamond Hawk some love by purchasing from their amazing facilities! We love this event and want to give back to them for hosting us another year!

We strongly encourage you come in your finest Halloween costumes! There will be a costume contest with awards for each costume catagory voted on, so bring your costume A game! A picture to be voted on will be taken at registration.

Also, 100 percent of proceeds from our End of Year dubs raffle will go towards portable baskets to use at BNDG youth clinics! BNDG would love to do more pop up events to make disc golf more accessible to every child, regardless of a child's location or socioeconmic status. Portable baskets will allow us to bring disc golf to every area of WNY, not just areas located near courses.

Also please please please drink responsibly and don't drink and drive! You are more than welcome to leave your car parked at the course overnight in case you need to catch a ride home.

We can't wait to see you all out there. Though this event usually signals the end of the season, lets go out with a bang before most of us hibernate for the winter. This event does fill up quickly, but we encourage you to sign up on the wait list if full.

Refund policy

Buffalo Niagara Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Since this is a private event which requires a security deposit and needs a guest total ahead of time some cancellations may not receive a full refund.
