Professional Net Entry Fee Breakdown

Professional Payout ($112)
$112 per player will be allocated to Professional Payout distributed via PayPal within 48 hours of the end of the event to the PayPal email provided during registration. 100% of Series Fees collected from professional players during the Series will be added to payout and will be equally split between Professional Players (currently $1,500).

Amateur Net Entry Fee Breakdown

Amateur Player Pack ($70)
$65 per player is allocated to the player pack. Each amateur will receive custom event items including:

- 2 Discraft Discs
- Disc Golf Threads Jersey
- LZR Prints Metal Player Tag
- Goose Promotions items

Additional items from our sponsors will be added to the player pack and will be announced closer to the event. Player pack retail value is at least $110.

Amateur Payout ($42)
$42 per player will be allocated to Amateur Payout. 100% of Series Fees collected from amateur players during the Series will be added to payout and will be equally split between Amateur Players (currently $4,500). Amateur Payout is in the form of credit to Goose Promotions on-site merchandise.

Team Power Sponsorship
Team Power Sponsorships will be offered to the winner of every division based on performance and the number of attendees in the division. The sponsorship will include:
-3 Power Team Apparel Items
-2 Power Team Discraft Discs
-Free entry to a 2027 Power DGA Qualifying Event

Trophies
The top 2 players in each division will receive trophies from LZR Prints!
If fewer than 5 players in the division, then only the winner will receive a trophy.

Event Sponsorships
Caddy Book Sponsorship ($50) - Sponsor's logo will be added to the sponsorship page of the caddy book.

Sign Sponsorship ($150) - Sponsor's logo will be added to a sign that will be displayed at HQ. The Sign sponsorship includes the benefits of the Caddy Book Sponsorship.

Series Sponsorship ($250)
Support the Power Disc Golf Academy Championship Series! Each Series Sponsor will receive:
- Logo feature and link on the Series website
- Social media shoutouts on Instagram
- Logo feature in Series Finale Caddy Book
- Sign displaying sponsorship logo at HQ at the Series Finale at Eagles Crossing
- Early registration to the Series Finale

Refund policy

Goose Promotions, LLC is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Goose Promotions, LLC will abide by the guidelines in the PDGA Refund Policy: https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103

If a player withdraws from the event, they will receive the following refund depending on when the withdrawal request is submitted. You will receive a full refund (minus $10 handling fee) if your spot is filled from the waitlist:

30 Days Before the Event - Players who officially request to withdraw from the event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus a $10 handling fee.

15 to 29 Days Before the Event - Players who officially request to withdraw from the event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive either a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee or just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 50% monetary refund.

2 to 14 Days Before the Event - Players who officially request to withdraw from the event within 14 days of the start of the event the TD has the choice to provide either a 25% monetary refund or just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 25% monetary refund.

48 Hours Before the Event - Players who request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play are not entitled to a refund.
