-This will be a 3 round, tee time event, with the rounds being held at Heritage Park in Belton, Texas
- SEVERAL CTP prizes up for grabs for free

POOLS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE
Tournament Day
- Each round will start @ 8am with 12 minute intervals between cards

Players Pack for all Amateur divisions will be provided. - (Subject to change)

- Meridian Discs X Crosstown Throwdown Jersey (must register by sept 1 to reserve jersey, JERSEY FITS BIG)
- Bag of Big Country Beef Jerky/ Apple crisps/ Mango

Player packs can be picked up any time during the flex on Thursday or before your assigned tee time on Fri-Sun
Ams who don’t receive a tournament shirt will receive a voucher of the same value to redeem for anything on the Meridian table.
- Hole assignments will be listed on the PDGA event page promptly after registration closes and all cards are turned in on day 1 and 2.

Refund policy
THERE WILL BE A NON-REFUNDABLE $5 FEE FOR ALL REGISTRATIONS
Cancellations will be refunded minus the $5 cancellation fee up until 5 days before the tournament begins. Refunds within 5 days of tournament date will ONLY be granted if that spot is filled before the tournament begins, either by a waitlist player or new entry. Entry fees for dropouts that are not filled within the final 5 days will be added to the tournament payout pool. Ams who drop out during this window and are not refunded will still be eligible to receive their player packs from The Armory Disc Golf Shop within 30 days after the tournament.
Ams who request a refund prior to Sept 1 will get fully refunded. Those who request a refund after Sept 1, will be refunded as stated above, with a $30 deduction for custom jersey. (Jersey will be mailed if not able to attend, if Jersey isn’t customized, normal refund rules apply.)
