All should be new/unthrown. You will find all of my doubles up on eBay (PUNKER-PAUL), and there are many that I will trade too (I collect local stamps, stamps with skulls, anything cool that fits in with these).

Some interesting information from Mike Callahan: "The yellows were the most common color of the 2nd run. The set you have was from the players pack for the 2001 BG Open, sets consisted of either 3 1st run CE discs or 3 2nd run CE discs. They had about same amount of both available since the tournament fell right into that timeframe when the 2nd runs came out. If I remember correctly. People were actually more excited about the 2nd run yellow because people were kind of getting sick of only seeing CE discs in red."
