A great big thanks out to Rick for putting on a great tourny day and place to play, and the 5 others that joined me in finishing all 100 holes today. 3 aces today to break the course in with it's first aces. Ira got first, I got the 2, and Rick hit a big one for the 3rd ace of the day. Had some other players today join us for part of the day, but only 6 final survivors of the full 100. Lots of goodies and prizes for those that made it, everyone else hope to see next time, you missed out ... more

Come out and join me May 11th to celebrate my birthday at Canyonview Camp for the 100 Hole-Marathon. Have a great day of fun and help support a great cause for the camp. All you have to do is get your registration sponsorship forms and start gathering support from friends and others to sponsor you for the day. You will be treated to a wonderful day with breakfast, lunch and snacks on course I understand. Also a players pack that is a pleasant bonus besides. If you can't make it out tha ... more

yeah let me know when youll be raking leaves at taloali and ill meet you there...so long as the bitchin is kept to a minimum??? i know its hard to do these days.
So Steve, I guess we differ in opinion which is okay. Yes the leaves will turn into soil some day, But for now I personally feel better walking on a trail, reeing off, and putting distance without the heavy stack of leaves to deal with. Guess I would rather know where the dirt is and I feel it als ... more

Hey, when do they plan on having the league nights? Because if it doesn't interfere with my work schedule, I'd love to be on the team.
I just read all the talk. I'm back in. I'm going to have to scrounge some money together, but I'm in.

HAPPY NEW YEARS TO ALL
Best thoughts out to all in the disc community and only best wishes to the future growth and commitment of all to our sport and courses this upcoming year. I'll continue to do what I can and hope to see more and more folks understand and see the big picture and what all it takes in forethought and people power.
Off my soap box for now
and to all a good safe night

Had myself a great day with Swami as my partner, 6 over nothing special but good time had by our group. I hope all had a good time today and enjoyed it for what it was, fun and fundraiser. Guess lastly, BIG thanks out to Rick Saffeels and the CanyonView Camp to allow us this opportunity to enjoy th ... more

Thanks for the thanks, I was a hurt sore old fogey all day thursday with lots of sore muscles. The weather coming is why I've been trying to preach my say, so all I can do is to continue to try and lead by example and maybe someday the flock will figure it out. The old man just might know alot about a little, or a little about a lot, or even maybe quite abit about quite a few things. Just wish I could figure out how to get all the children in the playground to learn to play nicely, honestly ... more

Yeah woodmansee looks great! The chips will help around the baskets for sure but besides that everything is real clean. People are still just throwing trash on the ground. Kinda ridiculous.
