Nice combination of wooded and open holes with elevation, OB and water. Physically demanding so bring snacks.

The second course in the park installed in March 2019. A great compliment to the original with much less hills to walk up and down. We are still making decisions on final pin placements so no cement tees yet. The course plays through giant Pines and includes several water holes as well as plenty of road and fence OB's. Only 1 par four but plenty of opportunities for drama.

A big boy course on a beautiful piece of property. Cement Tee pads, 4 par fours over some rolling hills and a 1000ft levee 100ft high which adds some elevation in an otherwise flat part of the state. Water in play on 4 holes with OB road Home of the past 4 Southern National Doubles championships and the Big Rip Classic. Great place to camp with friendly helpful staff. Excellent fishing and general store with all supplies as well as boat and golf cart rental. Be warned that though this is a dry county (No Alcohol), it is rarely enforced unless you are acting up.

The course has recently been expanded to 18 holes. The original, Front 9 is open with OB in the form of roads and Ball fields. The back 9 follows a nature trail through the woods and is tightly wooded for a nice balance. The course is on the High School campus and is closed during school hours 7am-3pm. Most holes are reachable. Great course for beginners to learn the game.

There is a 9 hole ADA handicapped course with restroom facilities in the park across the lake from the main course. Holes average 100-180 ft and are fun to play as a warm-up before driving around the lake to play the main course.

A rarely played course that still needs a little bit of trimming. Course is not well marked but offers a good variety of shots. Multiple blind tee shots. Sandy soil makes for some rough tees. Beware of cactus as they are plentiful. Beware of shady characters in this park, lock valuables away out of sight.

Much improved with the additional 9 holes. Very technical course requiring a variety of shots. New Holes strech out the layout considerably. Needs a little bit more directional signage. Tricky transitions after holes 7, 13 and 14.

Lake is down, less OB, and winter has opened up the course a bit. With light wind today the course was ready for the taking.

Origional course was devastated in 2005 by Katrina, and has just recently reopened. It is an OK course and believe me since the next closest course is 45 min to 1 hr away I wouldn't complain. I lived here after Katrina and there were no courses open on the coast. Front nine is Lefty friendly and comes too close to Palyground. Back nine is Righty friendly and has confusing transitions. Overall short course with lot's of birdie opportunities. Make sure to use spotter around marsh grass areas, as discs get swallowed up by the tall grass.
