Sundays At The Pond-League on Hold
Because of the fact that Lake County has gone Red (COVID) We have been asked to suspend League until we are back in Orange. I will hold the 108 dollar Ace fund and we will hopefully resume after the start of the year. If things settle down again we will resume. We will go in 3 week intervals, When back in Orange league will resume the next week. Enjoy the holidays and keep groups at The Park to 4 or less per group until further notice. I know there are those who will be upset, but as a Club we must do as the Park says. Course will remain open to small groups still for now! Sorry and please keep up with news. I am toying with the idea of doing the rest as Pay Pal online scoring. If so it will pick back up in two weeks. Sorry, I am still planning on a Ice Bowl in Feb.

Thanks to all who helped and participated in this great event! Not bad with 22 throwers this year. Ice Bowl 2020 The Blizzard at Oz is in the books! I dropped off the food and cash at the Willoughby Food Pantry. 360 dollars and 77 lbs of food!

Just a reminder Ice bowl is Tomorrow and is at Osborne Park this year. I still have some minis if any one wants to show up day of!! 30 dollars and two or more cans of food! A and B divisions pay out 4 spots in each of plastic. 3 CTP's and a side game included. Proceeds to the Willoughby Food Pantry this year!

We are doing hole sponsors for those who would like to help feed the Hungry even more. Players, Business, Small Shop, individual, 25 dollars will get you a sign on a hole and really goes a long way to help the food program. Even if you do not play you can still help out St. James Food Programs. Online registration closes Dec. 30th. After that all registrations will include a mini instead of a disc as my order must be in by Jan 1st! Remember The Ice Bowl Theme!! "No Wimps, No Whiners" See you there!

Fathers Day Painesville League! 10 AM
We are going to change it up for the day!! Fathers Bring your own Partner! Dads bring your sons or daughters! Sons or daughters bring your Dad. Friends pick friends!! It will be pick your own partner day. Same as always 18 holes ( we might have a special tee area for those under 10) for first throw! separate ctp for kids under 10 too. This week only!! or pair up at the Pond!! Bring someone who might not normally play!! We will still do payouts but no points this week to keep it fair (if 2 a's team up!)

St. Paddys
We will be hosting a work day St. Paddys day 9-12 noon. We will be cleaning branches off of holes 11, 13 and 9 and a garbage cleanup! We will be hitting a couple of bars after!! If you are not an early party freak, join us!! Painesville Recreation Park!! Bring tree saws, shovels and push brooms!!

Painesville Disc Golfers!!
Due to the forcast for today of 100% rain and storms, the Sunday League is cancelled. Storms hitting early and the other line not far behind! If you must throw, please someone hang on to the Ace Fund and score cards, and you can distribute the whole 5 dollar entry to the winners. I do not want to start and have to stop play. I wanted to get this out early!! Plus I pulled my back and can barely walk.....lol.......

SAT. Oct. 14th Painesville Recreation Park Course closed!
Course will be closed Saturday the 14th for Painesville's Fall Fest! Disc Golf and Hockey will be closed. Please try out Osborne in Willoughby or Sims.

Disc Golfers! Sunday League for Sept. 17
Well, guess there is a Fish Fest in Painesville this weekend at Recreation Park, so Sunday League will be at Osborne Park in Willoughby this Sunday the 17th! 10 A.M. still 2 rounds of 9! I am moving nit because all the lake holes are probably gonna be un-playable!
