Then how come my 150g shots are so stable? Must be the power of my spirit! 'Cuz my arm's not that powerful anymore.

It's because you have this thing called "Legacy Power". It's kind of like how the older wizards are always way more powerful than the younger ones.
Oh, and the disc is a Z-predator, so it takes a crap-ton of power to keep it stable, but I'm not sure that legacy power would work on it?

I disagree, spin is a major factor in stability. I do agree however that a predator does take a lot of air speed to keep from fading early.
